05 - Fold in toasted pecans and optional vegan chocolate chips.
06 - Drop dough by tablespoonful or small cookie scoop onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.

08 - Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
