01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

03 - In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, plant-based milk, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until soft dough forms. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes if sticky.
05 - Scoop 1 tablespoon dough per cookie. Roll into balls and coat each in granulated sugar.
06 - Place sugar-coated balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Flatten gently with palm or glass bottom.
07 - Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
08 - Let cookies rest on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
