05 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and coat each ball in the reserved granulated sugar.
06 - Place sugar-coated balls on prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each ball with your palm or the bottom of a glass.
