01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the broccolini on the baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly. Spread in a single layer.
03 - Roast for 15–18 minutes until crisp-tender and slightly charred at the edges.
04 - While the broccolini roasts, heat the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Add the breadcrumbs to the skillet, stirring often, until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes.
06 - Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the parsley, chives, thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon zest. Season with a pinch of salt.
07 - Transfer the roasted broccolini to a serving platter. Sprinkle generously with the garlic herb crunch topping. Serve immediately.
