04 - Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans if using.
05 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, sweetener, and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
06 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle each cookie with cinnamon swirl mixture, then use a toothpick to gently swirl it into the top.
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are just set.
08 - Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
